SC Demiourgos Holdings SA is a registered Joint-Stock Company, funded in Bucharest, Romania, on August 2nd 2022. Its founding was funded on what was then the Elrond.Network™ Blockchain (now rebranded as MultiversX™), when 90 investors minted 600 „Snake“ NFTs (Designation DEMIOU-6d1b5c) and provided the startup capital.

The Shareholder Company nurtures and grows a financial ecosystem on MultiversX™, through the activity of its subsidiary companies. As such, the VestaX.Finance™ subsidiary provides the financial tools for the ecosystem’s needs, while Coding.Division™ is responsible for building the required IT&Tech infrastructure needed in Web 3.0.

Our developers are building with passion the DEFI protocols needed by the MultiversX™ DAO Communities. Their 1st Project was also the 1st Liquid-Stacking Prococol operating on MultiversX™; this was followed by multiple other projects, one of which is our very own DEX Platform operated by our 2nd subsidiary, VestaX.Finance™.
